What will shortly become Finance Act 2019 took its final form on January 8th.

It will increase in various ways charges to United Kingdom tax on non-UK residents.

Developments in December and January have shown that both the House of Lords and the House of Commons are beginning to take control over the excesses of HMRC, particularly as regards the April 5th 2019 Loan Charges.

The panel of tax barristers will discuss these and other topics arising from the new Finance Act.
